Warranty and Return

Tektronix LLC gives warranty as per the warranty issued from the manufacturer, since we do not sell any refurbished or used items and all the items we have on our website are brand new, their warranty periods are mentioned on each product page. If you have any confusion or concern regarding the warranty of an item you can always contact our Sales Representatives in order to accomodate you with your questions.

Since we are a purchasing agency, not a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.

If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to info(at)dubaimachines.com within 3 days to return your products “only” if they are damaged upon receiving or incorrect from what was ordered. This will be determined only by our customer services team after analyzing the issue when it arises. When you receive your order, you have up to 3 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from DubaiMachines.com. You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. Once you inform us about the return and we issue an RMA Number, a return is approved for a refund or an exchange (both subject to approval). If an item is returned for a full refund at the customer’s request, we will charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping cost (which will be on the customer’s end).

Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the address given at the time of return along with a note containing your RMA number.

After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account within seven working days, if there are no further problems pertaining to the items received.

All replacement projector lamps are under warranty for 90 days or 500 hours whichever comes first.
